Mr. Roy is the founder and a managing partner of Clear Creek Capital, LLC, a private equity firm focused on investments in the energy industry. Previously, he served as Vice President at Reservoir Capital Group, LLC where he played an instrumental role in the formation of oil and gas companies owned by Reservoir. He has also held positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co., Indosuez Capital and Merrill Lynch Asset Management.

Currently Mr. Roy serves on the board of directors of oil and gas companies AB Resources, Kerns Resources, and Electro-Seise.

Mr. Roy received an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
