Mr. Iuliano has served as the Senior Counsel of Camulos Capital LP since June, 2007.  Prior to joining Camulos, he was Counsel of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi from November 2006 through May 2007, where he focused on private equity transactions and proprietary trading.  From February, 1998 until October, 2006 Mr. Iuliano was Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he represented hedge funds and private equity funds in all aspects of corporate transactions.

Mr. Iuliano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Williams Hughes Mulligan Scholarship recipient.
